Twice a year we put on a big learning event called Uptown University. We rent a venue, eat great food, enjoy team building activities, and learn about skills that can help us all develop in our careers.

On a regular basis, our doctors will visit each of our clinic locations to teach about best practices and innovations in our field. These sessions happen over lunch hour and we provide a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy during the talk.
Social Celebrations
We love to celebrate with each other throughout the year! From holiday parties, to celebrations for birthdays and new babies, to fun social events like escape rooms, we take the time to have fun together often.
Volunteer Opportunities
We participate in many volunteer initiatives in our community and around the world. Through Forsee Canada, we sponsor ophthalmology students’ tuitions, donate medical equipment, and send our staff to provide ophthalmology services to those in need.
